About Us & History
Hotel MOANA was opened in 2021 by a filmmaker and painter/artist couple who renovated an old, vacant hotel into an island-style boutique hotel.
Both of us are certified Izu Oshima Geopark guides. Knowing the deep charms of the island, we offer personalized tours crafted just for you. We welcome guests for personal trips, retreats, and private events.
