Payment Options
We process online bookings using Rakuten Travel’s safe and secure booking system.
You can choose between Online Pre-payment or On-site Payment upon arrival. For on-site payments, we accept both cash and major credit cards.
Guest Information
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM*If you expect to arrive later than 6:00 PM, please be sure to contact us in advance.
- Check-out: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Capacity: Up to 3 guests per room (Furnished with 2 Queen-size beds + 1 Extra bed)
- *Please feel free to consult with us if you are traveling with small children.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply depending on how close to your check-in date you cancel. Please refer to your reservation confirmation email for specific details.
Ferry or Flight Cancellations Due to Severe Weather
If your scheduled ferry or flight to Izu Oshima is officially canceled due to severe weather, no cancellation fee will be charged. Please notify us as soon as the official cancellation is announced.
Cancellations for Personal Reasons
If you need to cancel due to personal circumstances, please inform us as early as possible. Please note that same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
